Welcome to Synergy Physical Therapy & Movement Arts

Physical Therapy

At Synergy Physical Therapy & Movement Arts we invite you to experience a range of gentle but powerful healing techniques, including myofascial release and low velocity spinal mobilization.  Learn sensory awareness and mindful movement techniques, including core strengthening, Feldenkrais and Nia Technique, to empower you to become healthier, stronger, more balanced, and pain free – your body’s way.

We integrate state-of-the-art therapies with a compassionate spirit to allow your body, through his or her own unique wisdom, to heal.  Our office is in Ashland, Oregon.  Please feel free to call or write us with any questions.

Craniosacral Therapy

Each craniosacral session with Rachael brings you energetic grounding  and physical renewal.  We gently balance your nervous system, musculoskeletal, endocrine, immune and lymphatic systems.  This  strengthens homeostasis – your body’s ability to return to center irrespective of circumstance – and helps prevent illness and injury.

Please note:  Craniosacral bodywork isn’t physical therapy so it’s not billable to insurance.  No evaluation is made and no diagnosis is given. If instead of a craniosacral session you’d like to schedule a physical therapy evaluation for personalized diagnosis and treatment of a specific issue, please contact our office for details.

Nia Moving To Heal Classes

Please join Rachael R. Resch, PT, and Nia Black Belt teacher, for the Nia’s special Moving To Heal program.  Learn physical and energy anatomy tools for self-healing body, heart, mind and spirit – your body’s way.

The class is especially designed for any body healing any short and long-term conditions of body, mind, emotions or spirit – such as injury, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, post-op, cancer, arthritis, Parkinson’s, trauma, eating disorders, depression, pregnancy and postpartum.

You’ll be guided to slow down and go smaller, so you can listen to the voice of your body: Sensation.  Moving to heal means making choices moment by moment, your body’s way, so you can feel better.

Drop-ins are welcome any time.  Chairs are available.  Caregivers attend free.  Click on the image below for further information.
